The Role
We’re seeking a Head of Growth to lead our customer acquisition and brand strategy, propelling PinchForth to become the go-to platform for freelance hiring. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, where you’ll own our inbound, recruiting, and affiliate growth channels, shape our narrative, and build a team to execute with precision. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic crew of high-caliber professionals, including our podcast, newsletter, and delivery leads, to drive exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement data-driven plans to drive customer acquisition across inbound (LinkedIn, podcast, newsletter), recruiting (job listing loops), and affiliate channels. Optimize for lead generation and conversions.
- Craft Compelling Messaging: Create powerful, on-brand content (e.g., blog posts, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars) that positions PinchForth as the solution to broken freelance platforms. Develop narratives that resonate with SMBs and freelancers.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, delivery, and demand teams to align strategies and execute flawlessly. Inspire and manage a squad of high-performing professionals, fostering cohesion and impact.
- Own the Customer Journey: Optimize the platform’s UX/UI and funnel to make PinchForth intuitive and irresistible for users. Drive leads through targeted campaigns and nurture them to close with seamless contracts.
- Partner with the CEO: Work closely with our visionary CEO to translate bold ideas into actionable plans. Challenge concepts constructively, keep priorities grounded, and maintain focus on execution without getting lost in big-picture tangents.
- Iterate and Scale: Experiment with new growth tactics (e.g., influencer partnerships, referral incentives), measure results rigorously, and pivot quickly to maximize ROI. Build systems to scale growth sustainably.
Who You Are
- Proven Growth Leader: 5+ years of experience driving growth in a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environment. You’ve delivered measurable results—e.g., significant MQL growth, scaled a content channel to thousands of engaged users, or led a team to hit revenue targets.
- Strategic Visionary: You craft detailed, data-driven plans, anticipating constraints and proposing contingencies. You balance immediate wins with long-term scale, always thinking three steps ahead.
- Messaging Maestro: You’re a storytelling expert, creating compelling narratives and hooks that cut through noise. You’ve run successful content campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, blogs, webinars) that convert leads and build brand loyalty.
