About Us

We are a wellness brand launching an innovative reformer Pilates mat that eliminates the need for a towel while providing superior grip and comfort. Designed for performance, style, and ease of use, our mat is made for women who practice reformer Pilates and appreciate high-quality fitness and lifestyle products.

Our product and website are ready — now we’re seeking a marketing expert to help us develop the ideal brand strategy and go-to-market plan for launch.

The Role

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Strategist on a short-term contract (3 months) to build and guide our launch strategy. You will define our positioning, create our marketing plan, and establish the necessary systems to drive awareness and growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in shaping the foundation of our brand.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a go-to-market strategy for launch in Europe and the US.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to resonate with a luxury audience.
• Create a launch marketing plan covering PR, social media, and influencer/affiliate outreach.
• Build the framework for an influencer & affiliate program (Pilates instructors, lifestyle creators, wellness bloggers).
• Guide social media content strategy (Instagram, TikTok).
• Deliver a playbook that we can continue using after the contract period.

About You

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing in a wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brand, B2C ecommerce only!
• Strong knowledge of go-to-market planning, influencer marketing, and PR.
• Skilled at building strategy from scratch for early-stage brands.
• Creative eye for luxury branding and consumer psychology.
• Able to work independently and deliver results in a short timeline.
