Role - Head - Marketing (Dr. CIPY)

Location - Pune

Job Description -

Advertising & Sales Promotion Management

a) Trade Marketing

1. Scheme development, execution & monitoring
2. PCC planning & execution

b) Events marketing & Training

1. Execute events as per annual BTL plan
2. Conduct DCPD & DCPA training & engagement meets

c) Mix Improvement

1. Work with business teams to drive mix improvement to deliver UVG growth

d) Sampling

1. Develop and execute sampling protocol

e) Business co-ordination

1. Work with PPS team to drive specifications to deliver business objectives
2. Assist VP (Sales & marketing) to monitor PPS leads & track progress

2.Marketing collateral management (working closely with CMG)

a) Collaterals

1. Work with CMG to create all relevant collaterals
2. Keep all marketing materials up to date & share updated content for collateral development

b) Website management

1. Work with CMG to keep all website content up to date

c) Technical information/ Proposition management

1. Work with R&D to create & update all TDS, BOQ, method statements
2. Work with R&D to create standardized THD & update regularly
3. Develop & update proposition & positioning statements for all core products

d) Design catalogue management

1. Work with Design manager to create and update design catalogues
2. Work with design manager to develop commercial flooring portfolio

e) Social media management (working with CMG)

1. Work with CMG to Develop and execute social media content
2. Create testimonials from clients
3. Create case study repository of successful projects

3.Innovation management (working closely with CMG)

a) Pi2M management

1. Work with segment heads to identify product gaps/ improvement areas
2. Work with R&D team to develop & qualify NPD/ PI/ Cost reduction projects

b) PUL/ YP performance

1. Drive PUL/ YP performance as per plan

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree & post-graduation in Marketing from reputed institute.
• 10-12 years' experience in Trade Marketing
• Candidates from Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Paints, Coating or FMCG preferred.
