Senior Product Marketing Manager, Picus Security, United States (East or Central Regions)

Reporting to the Head of PMM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product marketing strategy and execution to drive overall market success. You’ll craft impactful messaging and develop compelling content that highlights our value proposition in the cybersecurity landscape. Collaborating with talented teams in Product Management, Technical Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Growth Marketing, you will help propel our company and dramatically accelerate our growth.
What You'll Do
- Create new content as well as revise existing content for each stage of the marketing funnel for our products and platform, product and feature releases, presentations, webinars and events, ensuring they are compelling to the target audience and meet SEO objectives where relevant
- Create a diverse array of assets—including presentations, blog posts, articles, videos, webinars, infographics, and ebooks. Collaborate with the Customer Advocacy team to craft testimonials, success stories, case studies, and newsletters. Work closely with Technical Marketing on product demos, and partner with our Growth team to develop web content and new campaign assets as needed
- Help drive content strategy and tactics, effectively utilizing the right type of content for any given circumstances
- Continuously help ensure that our evolving competitive advantages are consistently reflected in our positioning and messaging, and is reflected in the company’s communications and content
- Lead and execute effective product launches in collaboration with Product Management, Competitive, Sales Enablement, Growth Marketing and Sales teams
- Support Sales and Sales Enablement through close-knit interactions, ensuring important insights and information reach them as well as serving as the medium by which market insights are communicated to the entire organization
- Collaborate with the technical marketing team to document and communicate competitive differentiators
- Develop and maintain expertise in the foundational and adjacent technologies behind our products—today, including Vulnerability Management, Pentesting, Breach and Attack Simulation, Continuous Threat Exposure Management and Adversarial Exposure Validation
What You Have
- 5+ years in B2B cybersecurity product marketing
- Expertise in one or more of patching, ASM, EASM, CAASM, automated pentesting, BAS, EDR/XDR, SIEM, RVBM, Vulnerability Management or related technologies
- A demonstrated proficiency in translating complex technical concepts and capabilities into clear, accessible language
- A proven track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment, and achieving tangible results
- Proven expertise and experience in positioning, messaging and storytelling
- A strong ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables, and negotiate both your deadlines and those of others to align with key objectives
- Exhibits a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to meeting obligations and deadlines
- A B.S. or equivalent experience
