Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Picsible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our strategic business goals. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Vision:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

- Roadmap Development:

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business value.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines goals, deliverables, and timelines.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Work with marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

- User-Centric Approach:

Advocate for the user by conducting user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and validate product decisions.

Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve product usability and functionality.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track performance against these metrics.

Prepare regular reports on product performance and present findings to stakeholders.

- Sprint Planning:

Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear goals and deliverables are set for each sprint cycle.

Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on priorities and progress throughout the sprint.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any field.

- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles in a technology product environment.

- Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

- Knowledge of sprint planning techniques and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Passion for technology and innovation in general.
