As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop a focused B2B marketing strategy targeting key industries and build content that resonates deeply within those industries to drive awareness, demand, and customer acquisition.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who will lead the development of a highly focused marketing strategy targeting specific industries that can benefit from PICKLETILE™'s solutions. You will craft a content strategy designed to capture the attention of potential customers within these industries, and own the overall brand positioning and messaging across all communications. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in leveraging AI tools to create high-quality, efficient, and impactful marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted B2B Strategy Development: Develop a highly focused marketing strategy aimed at specific industries, such as sports facilities, real estate developers, and municipalities, identifying the most impactful areas for growth and engagement.
- Industry-Specific Content Creation: Lead the creation and execution of content efforts tailored to these industries. This includes case studies, white papers, blogs, webinars, and other targeted marketing materials that speak directly to the needs and pain points of industry-specific decision-makers.
- Utilize AI in Content Creation: Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, ensuring efficient production of high-quality marketing materials that align with the strategy. The ability to utilize AI for copywriting, design, and data analysis is a key skill required for this role.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging: Own the brand strategy and messaging for PICKLETILE™ within these targeted industries, ensuring that the company is positioned as the go-to solution for sound and wind mitigation in sports facilities and other relevant sectors.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of industry-specific marketing campaigns across digital, social, and other channels. This includes managing content calendars, content distribution, and tracking engagement.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build strong relationships with key industry players, including potential partners, industry influencers, and thought leaders, to amplify content and marketing efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the success of campaigns and content efforts within each target industry, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and improve ROI.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on creating industry-targeted strategies. Experience in product-focused marketing in industries like construction, sports infrastructure, or real estate is a plus.
- Content Expertise: Proven ability to create compelling content that resonates with decision-makers within specific industries. Strong experience in content strategy and thought leadership.
- AI Proficiency: Must have command of AI tools for creating marketing materials, including copywriting, design, and analytics. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms for enhancing marketing efforts is essential.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to develop a focused, industry-specific marketing strategy that drives growth and engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable using data and analytics to measure the success of content and campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for tailoring messages to different industry audiences.
