[Job Description]

As our Global E-commerce MD, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our sales across Amazon US. You will work directly with the brand team to optimize product presence, drive conversions, and execute data-driven growth strategies.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Manage and optimize product listings (title, bullet points, A+ content, images)
• Monitor and improve ad performance (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP, etc.)
• Analyze key performance indicators and customer behavior to inform decisions
• Coordinate with internal teams to reflect customer feedback, reviews, and Q&A
• Forecast product demand and collaborate on inventory management
• Stay on top of category trends, algorithm changes, and competitor moves
• Respond to customer inquiries, claims, and reviews to maintain seller reputation

[Job Requirement]

• + 3 Year of work experience in e-commerce platform preferably in Amazon
• Experience driving sales on e-commerce platforms like Amazon directly, rather than through an agency or outsource company
• Familiarity with Amazon ad tools and data dashboards
• Strong sense of ownership, hands-on execution, and problem-solving mindset
• English proficiency (written and verbal)

[Working Condition]

1. Working condition

• Location :100% Remote work
• Work day & time : Mon - Fri / 10am - 19pm(GMT +9, KST)
• You do not allow working as a part-time, flexible time, work for 2 companies in the working time

2. Payment Details

• Gross 20 - 24M VND
• 90% of the salary will be given in the trial period
• 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross payment

3. Trial period : 2 months

• After trial, we will make longer contract base on your performance
• Depending on your performance, this could turn into a full-time position.
• We will make contract with our branch company Lienmall Vietnam in D2, HCMC, Vietnam
