The Role:

This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Bengaluru headquarters (MG Road). You will conceptualize, design, and create visually compelling materials for both digital and print mediums. Day-to-day, you will produce standout creative assets—from logos and social media graphics to full brand identity systems—while collaborating closely with our internal cross-functional teams to develop innovative, on-brand design solutions.

What you'll do:

• Create Standout Assets: Design digital and offline marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, presentations, ads, and banners.
• Shape the Vision: Develop visually engaging concepts that perfectly align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Collaborate In-House: Work directly with our internal marketing and content teams to execute creative requirements seamlessly.
• Maintain the Standard: Ensure strict consistency in design language, typography, layouts, and overall brand communication.
• Leverage Tech & AI: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and modern AI-powered workflows to elevate your creative output and efficiency.
• Manage & Deliver: Juggle multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of current design trends, creative formats, and evolving digital aesthetics.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience: 1–4 years as a Graphic Designer with a strong, versatile portfolio.
• Design Chops: A deep, intuitive understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Tool Mastery: Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other modern design platforms.
• AI Curiosity: Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows is a major advantage.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Spirit: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our internal teams.
