Phyllo is a data gateway that lets businesses access creator data directly from source platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Upwork, Shopify, OpenSea, and Ethereum. Creators' consented data sits at the core of what we do, and we go beyond it with public data across every major creator platform. We build the underlying infrastructure that connects to each platform, maintain a live data feed into the systems those platforms use to manage creator data, and deliver a normalised data set so businesses can put creator data to work simply and effectively.

About The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience. If you live and breathe digital marketing, are data-driven, and enjoy demand generation across organic and paid channels, this role is for you. You're hands-on with email marketing, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and campaign experimentation, and you use data from every test to sharpen what comes next. You're self-motivated, you learn and adapt fast, you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, you communicate clearly in writing and in person, and you're a positive team player.

What You'll Be Expected To Do

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, database, social media, and display advertising
• Bring a strong understanding of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy
• Drive demand generation for US and European markets
• Measure and report the performance of all campaigns and assets against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend based on them
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to build landing pages and improve user experience
• Apply strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across channels and touchpoints
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on where and how to adopt them
• Partner closely with Product Marketing on ICP, product positioning, and paid-channel targeting for customer acquisition

Nice to Have

• Advanced SEO techniques such as programmatic and multilingual SEO
• Account-based marketing (ABM) experience
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into insight
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and data visualization tools
