Role Overview:

We are hiring a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX App Designer based in South East Asia, Eastern-EU, India, Latam, South EU (fluent English speaker), passionate about immersive gaming and AR. Your role will involve creating innovative user interfaces and interactive experiences that uniquely engage Gen Z and Alpha, paving the way toward integration with smart glasses and immersive digital worlds.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, visually compelling UI/UX for immersive Unity apps and AR interactions.
Conceptualize, prototype, and deliver interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate closely with Unity developers, product, and design teams to ensure designs are effectively implemented.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to achieve rewarding digital-physical interactions.
Ensure consistent style and intuitive UX that aligns with Gen Z and Alpha preferences, setting new standards for immersive interactions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for gaming, AR, or immersive digital apps.
Proven ability designing interactive experiences, ideally in 3D gaming environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and immersive UI designs, interactions, and user flows.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
Familiarity with Unity and designing specifically for AR or immersive platforms.
Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience designing products for Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
Previous involvement with smart-glass or wearable interfaces.
Deep interest and knowledge of emerging trends in gaming, AR, and immersive tech.
