Currently, we are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to take on a hands-on role within our digital advertising team. This position entails significant responsibility for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across several key international markets, with a focus on achieving exceptional results with substantial annual budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Google and Bing Ads (Search, Shopping, App) and Google Shopping feeds across international markets.
• Financial Oversight: Handle significant budgets with expertise in allocation, optimization, and ROI maximization.
• Strategic Research: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive gap analysis.
• Creative & CRO: Develop ad copy, landing pages, and testing hypotheses, collaborating with designers on custom implementation.
• Daily Analysis: Perform daily performance checks to identify trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Expansion & Testing: Innovate existing campaigns through constant testing and strategic scaling into new global territories.
• Reporting: Translate datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the Head of PPC.
• Strategic Peer: Act as a hands-on specialist who challenges ideas and accelerates the pace of implementation.
• Efficiency: Use AI tools to maintain a fast and effective production workflow.

Requirements:

• Professional Background: 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing annual Google Ads budgets of €1M+.
• Technical Expertise: Deep mastery of Google Ads, performance metrics, and analytics.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to turn complex data into strategic, actionable insights.
• Creative Skills: Proven ad copywriting and CRO expertise with a sharp eye for detail and UX.
• Global Communication: Fluent English (written/verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
• Market Experience: Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, international, and global market settings.
• Work Style: A proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities; in-house experience is preferred.

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience with other advertising platforms, including Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
