We’re looking for a Head of Design to be our first design hire and lay the foundation for our design team. You’ll start hands-on, shaping the product and user experience alongside the founder. As the company scales, you’ll take on leadership responsibilities, building and managing a world-class design team.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design, from concept to execution, across product and brand.

• Collaborate directly with the founder and key stakeholders to shape the user experience.

• Establish and evolve our design principles, processes, and culture.

• Balance hands-on execution with long-term design strategy.

• Gradually build and lead a high-performing design team as the company grows.

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to align design with business goals.
