Marketing Project Manager

Reports to: Marketing Director/CMO

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead our marketing operations and serve as a team leader for our remote workforce. This role combines project management expertise with marketing knowledge and requires someone with the personality and capabilities to mentor and lead a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies.
• Conduct market research and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Support sales department initiatives and coordination.
• Monitoring and optimizing team performance towards stated strategic objectives in team Balanced Score Cards (BSC).
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience
• Marketing background with project management experience.
• Strong leadership personality with mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability in successfully managing team and individual KPIs to monitor and enhance team performance.
• Proven ability in successfully supporting and influencing cross-functional teams and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing strategy and data analytics to lead decision-making.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset to effectively lead teams through change and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

PLEASE READ: This is a full-time position with an expectation to be online and available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (15:30 to 00:30 Beirut Time) Monday through Friday. This role has a salary of $3500-$4000 USD/month. (3-month probationary period will be $3000-$3500 USD/month).
