Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support client retention. Day-to-day tasks include building and segmenting email lists, writing and designing email content, setting up automated workflows, and managing email marketing software. The specialist will track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns using marketing analytics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams will be required to align messaging with business goals and ensure consistent communication across channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools.
• Strong Marketing Analytics skills to measure performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation through targeted and data-driven email campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written English and the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience developing email marketing strategies for B2B services, ideally within construction, engineering, or related industries.
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., anti-spam laws).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
