About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager – Permanent Makeup to take ownership of our brand strategy, portfolio management, and market positioning. This is a hands-on role in a lean, high-performing team where you will be responsible for establishing the brand foundation, optimizing our product portfolio, and driving digital marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
Define and implement the brand strategy for the Permanent Makeup category.
Establish a structured approach to brand building, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and differentiation in a highly competitive market.
Product Portfolio & Market Analysis
Conduct portfolio evaluation, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Perform competitive analysis, mapping key players, pricing, and market trends.
Work closely with R&D and product teams to assess product performance and innovation needs.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for permanent makeup across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to increase visibility.
Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on engagement and conversion data.
Monitor and follow up on key parameters for all marketing campaigns, both digital and commercial, ensuring KPIs and business objectives are met.
Collaboration & Execution
Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
Partner with designers, videographers, and social media creators to create compelling content.
Drive the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or a related industry.
