Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager at PHD Weight Loss is a senior manager role responsible for driving brand growth, lead generation, and market presence. This individual will own the marketing strategy and execution across all channels—ensuring PHD Weight Loss remains a recognized leader in health and wellness solutions. The role requires a proven leader who can create and execute effective content, campaigns, funnels, and awareness strategies that convert audiences into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
• Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve excellence in performance, innovation, and accountability.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing insight and recommendations for business growth.

Lead Generation & Funnels

• Own and optimize the marketing funnels to drive qualified leads for client acquisition.
• Design and oversee digital campaigns, partnerships, and promotions that increase conversions and retention.
• Monitor and analyze funnel performance to continuously improve ROI.

Brand & Market Presence

• Elevate PHD Weight Loss’ brand visibility and reputation across all platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity in all content, advertising, and communications.
• Cultivate partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach to expand market footprint.

Content & Campaign Management

• Develop and oversee the content strategy, including digital, social, email, video, and educational materials.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment.
• Leverage storytelling to authentically highlight client success stories and PHD’s unique approach.

Data-Driven Performance

• Establish KPIs for marketing performance, lead generation, and brand growth.
• Manage budgets and track ROI across channels and campaigns.
• Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven ability to design and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, digital marketing funnels, and campaign execution.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
• Ability to manage external marketing vendors work and relationships
• Skilled in brand development, storytelling, and content strategy.
• High level of creativity, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, Go High Level, SEO, and analytics tools.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within health, wellness, or consumer-focused industries.
• Demonstrated success in scaling lead generation and brand presence.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of achieving growth targets and driving revenue through marketing strategy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay: $85,000
• Performance Incentive at 100%: $85,000
• OTE: $160,000
