Associate Director Marketing - Biologics and CGT

Join our dynamic team at US Pharmaron as an Associate Director of Marketing for Biologics and CGT. We're seeking a passionate individual with a proven track record in Biologics and Cell & Gene Therapy to help us elevate our brand and drive sales. We are looking for an experienced individual to work in our marketing function helping to create marketing material showcasing our diverse range and complex services specifically in the Biologics and CGT sector. You will also be part of global marketing campaigns and provide technical input into those strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of CGT and Biologics marketing strategies
• Create innovative marketing campaigns to achieve inquiry generation, brand awareness and thought leadership which collectively result in delivering sales targets.
• Implement appropriate analytics to effectively track impact of marketing campaigns to enable dynamic management of the campaigns, website traffic and other digital marketing vehicles.
• Research and compile life sciences industry news for competitor analysis and content generation. Communicate the significant output of this research to colleagues to assist in the targeting of research and commercial activities.
• Engage both internal and external stakeholders through the communication of relevant marketing initiatives, new collateral, site updates/capabilities and high-level company news.
• Support AVP, biologics development, manufacturing & control with final approvals of technical presentations & publications.

What We're Looking For:

• Scientific background: A degree in chemistry or a related field is essential. PhD is desirable
• Scientific experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in in industry (scientific and Marketing)
• Exceptional communication: Ability to convey complex scientific ideas to diverse audiences.
• The role requires meticulous attention to detail and for all work to be conducted strictly in accordance with company Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training.
• Responsible to maintain own training file.
• Ensure that any operating practice or instrument defect, which may affect safety at work, is brought to the attention of Management.
• Self-motivated
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
