About the Company

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced marketer who can lead commercial strategy from development through implementation for a cluster of countries across Europe, including existing markets in the UKI & DACH, as well as future markets as we expand our footprint in the region. The Senior Marketing Manager, Europe will be a key member of a global Marketing team shaping and sharing the global voice of the company to promote our innovative Phagenyx® Neuromodulation System with clinical stakeholders, partners, and the larger stroke and dysphagia communities. This role will require an in-depth understanding of the diverse healthcare systems within their countries of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and an ability to lead without authority.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive downstream marketing strategies and tactics aligned to business objectives and commercial targets.
  • Provide clear, strategic, and prioritized direction and support to the field sales organization through written/verbal communications such as marketing plans, presentations at training meetings and informal interactions.
  • Own European marketing campaigns, convention strategy, and collaterals, including product messaging and value proposition localization based on regional needs, in accordance with EUMDR requirements.
  • Develop relationships with relevant KOLs in key European markets and lead KOL program for the region.
  • Align with commercial leadership on product, price and positioning for the target segments in the region. Make recommendations for pricing programs based on market insights.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities and trends and recommend updates to strategy, marketing initiatives, and sales priorities.
  • Engage with our field team and customers at medical education events, congresses, and site visits to gain insights into clinical and business priorities.
  • Supporting reimbursement/market access initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Proven, progressive experience (7+ years) in medical device marketing role(s), including responsibility for multiple markets within Europe.
  • Experience in downstream marketing including successful scaled product launches.
  • Familiarity with facility approval processes and reimbursement across multiple European markets.
  • Ability to quickly and confidently establish credibility with customers and within the organization and work with sales, R&D and cross-functional teams throughout the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with products in Neurosciences and/or Critical/Acute Care setting.
  • Health economic tools development experience.
  • Preference for candidates based in Germany, but will also consider applicants based in Austria or the UK.
