Drive Results: Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize ROAS and achieve KPIs.
Own Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta, and GA4 to track performance, uncover insights, and adjust strategies in real time.
Cross-Team Execution: Partner with Creative, Sales, Product, and eCommerce teams to align marketing with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Boost Visibility: Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and grow qualified traffic.
Optimize CX: Analyze and enhance the digital customer journey to improve conversion, site UX, and lifetime customer value.
What You Bring
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on DTC eCommerce.
Proven success managing and scaling digital campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
Experience with Amazon Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and affiliate/email marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads).
