At Petszel, we’re building better outcomes for every pet. We’re redefining the pet care experience by giving animal lovers and adopters the support, tools, and personalized content they need—while helping shelters and rescues improve outcomes and grow their reach.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own our pet parent experience—from onboarding to loyalty—and turn insights into personalization, content, and lifecycle campaigns that drive meaningful revenue. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, partnerships, and platform logic (Iterable, Contentful, Google Analytics), helping us scale value for pet parents and our business alike.

🐕 What You'll Do

Own the lifecycle from first click to long-term loyalty

● Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing for adopters and pet parents, optimizing every stage of the funnel

● Drive adoption, activation, retention, and monetization through segmented and personalized campaigns

● Create behavior-based journeys that anticipate needs, offer support, and deliver upsell opportunities

Turn data into action and content into outcomes

● Use tools like Iterable, Contentful, and Google Analytics to deliver personalized content and dynamic messaging

● Partner with product and engineering to define trigger logic, event tracking, and data-driven campaign flows

● Manage and evolve the editorial content strategy (email, blog, SMS, in-app) aligned to engagement and revenue goals

Collaborate to grow new revenue streams

● Work cross-functionally to bring pet care services, partnerships, and pet care features to market

● Build co-branded and targeted promotions with partners across the shelter, vet, and pet product ecosystem

● Identify and test new opportunities—from content offers to care subscriptions

Measure what matters and scale what works

● Own performance reporting across the pet parent funnel: engagement, conversion, LTV,CAC, retention

● Continuously A/B test messaging, cadence, and channel to improve outcomes

● Recommend and run experiments to increase ROI, deepen personalization, and enhance pet parent satisfaction

What You Bring

● 5–7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing—ideally in consumer tech, wellness, or mission-driven marketplaces

● Strong track record driving user engagement, conversion, or upsell using behavioral and lifecycle data

● Deep hands-on experience with Iterable, Google Analytics, and preferably Contentful or similar CMS

● Analytical and user-obsessed, comfortable pulling data, identifying patterns, and making decisions fast

● Exceptional communication skills and a warm, thoughtful tone suited to pet parents and partners

● Bonus: Experience in the pet care industry, animal nonprofits, or D2C health & wellness
