We are seeking a Data Analyst with a foundation in data science, analytics, and AI-driven methodologies to support research initiatives and develop advanced tools that leverage clinical data. This role will focus on data analysis, visualization, and insights generation (60%) while also contributing to AI agent development and automation of data-driven research tools (40%) to enhance biomedical insights and decision-making. Data Analysis & Insights

Perform data cleaning, validation, and exploratory data analysis on clinical and preclinical datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity and generate insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights for internal teams and external stakeholders
Conduct predictive statistical modeling to evaluate treatment outcomes using data-driven techniques
Support the development of statistical analysis plans, study protocols, and publications
Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to optimize data methodologies and ensure compliance with industry standards
Generate reports, tables, and visualizations to communicate study findings to internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders

AI & Research Tool Development

Assist in the development of AI-driven statistical tools to analyze clinical data and improve research workflows
Apply machine learning techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making
Support the automation of statistical analysis pipelines using Python, R, or SQL-based tools
Identify opportunities to integrate AI and deep learning into clinical analytics projects

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
Relevant project experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or academic research setting desired
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SQL, Python, and statistical software
Experience with machine learning (natural language processing, deep learning, predictive analytics) and AI-driven research methodologies
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with biomarker analysis or imaging data analysis is a plus
Prior exposure to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH) related to biostatistics and clinical trials and statistical programming for regulatory submissions

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Must possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both internal and external
This individual should be a self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated technical problem-solving skills with root cause analysis tools
