Responsibilities

サービス事業の成長に向けたマーケティング戦略およびコミュニケーション施策の立案・推進を担当いただきます。

市場分析やサービスオファリングの企画、営業支援、ブランディング施策を通じて、サービス収益の拡大を推進いただくポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容

• サービスマーケティングおよびコミュニケーション戦略の立案・実行
• サービス商品の価値提案および価格戦略の策定
• サービス関連の市場調査・競合分析およびインサイト提供
• サービス事業の成長に向けた施策の企画・推進
• サービス営業向けの支援施策の企画・実行
• 営業トレーニングやインセンティブ施策の推進
• ブランド戦略、プロモーション、Web施策の展開
• 展示会やイベントなどのマーケティング施策の企画・実行
• 新製品導入時のサービス体制整備支援
• マーケティング資料や営業ツールの整備
• 関係部門および海外拠点との連携・調整

■働き方

• ハイブリッドワーク制度あり（週2～3日程度の在宅勤務可）
• 国内外への出張あり（海外出張は年間4回程度）

Requirements

■必須

• 学士号＋関連業務経験8年以上、または修士号以上＋関連業務経験5年以上
• 多様な市場環境（成熟市場・新興市場・直販・代理店モデル等）での業務経験
• シニアステークホルダーとの協業・プロジェクト推進経験
• グローバルチームとの協業経験

■歓迎

• 医療業界またはその他規制産業での業務経験
