What You’ll Do

As a Senior Quality Engineer on this project, you’ll be responsible for:

Designing and executing manual and automated end-to-end test cases for conversational AI and generative email tools.
Validating NLP outputs for tone, accuracy, and contextual relevance.
Building and maintaining automated test frameworks for regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborating with developers, product owners, and data scientists to define test strategies and quality benchmarks.
Identifying and tracking bugs using Azure DevOps Services, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Performing exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability concerns.
Monitoring test results and providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Creating and maintaining test documentation, including scripts, reports, and test cases.
Supporting agile development cycles with a focus on iterative delivery and quality.
Contributing to the evolution of QA processes and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

Over 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer in Test, Test Automation Engineer, or similar role.
Hands-on experience testing AI/ML-based applications, especially chatbots or generative tools.
Familiarity with LLM-based systems (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.
A passion for AI and a strong sense of user experience and conversational quality.
Experience with A/B testing, telemetry, and user feedback analysis.
Proficiency in test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, or Leapwork.
Programming skills in C# or Java, and scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Perl, or JavaScript.
Solid knowledge of database testing using Postgres, Sybase, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Experience with performance testing tools such as BlazeMeter, JMeter, or Taurus.
Familiarity with REST API testing frameworks.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Experience working in Agile or SCRUM environments.
