Semi Sr/Sr Graphic Designer

PerkUp is a fast-growing corporate gifting platform that helps companies enhance employee engagement and client relationships through personalized gifting and swag solutions.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in creating and maintaining high-quality design assets that elevate our brand, engage our audiences, and support both marketing and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital & Marketing Assets: Design high-quality graphics for LinkedIn posts, blogs, e-books, sales presentations, and social media campaigns.
• Develop layouts for website pages and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Product & Promotional Materials: Prepare detailed mockups for packaging and promotional products, ensuring designs are both aesthetic and practical for production.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity and messaging standards across all designs, guiding the brand’s evolution.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate needs into impactful designs. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve outputs.
• Motion & Video: Create short-form videos and animations for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn), using CapCut Pro or similar tools.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience: Semi Sr/Senior Graphic designer with proven track record in digital design and branding, ideally for US-based startups or B2B brands.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and real business impact.
• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Capcut or video editing tools.
• Language: Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Availability: Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Bonus: Experience in packaging, design systems, framer
