Full Stack Engineer: Golang & React

Due to our expansion in Bulgaria, we’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is excited to own features end‑to‑end and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. You’ll bring strong Golang and React skills, a knack for solving complex problems, and a passion for building scalable, high‑quality systems that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user‑facing features with React/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build libraries and components for use across the product ecosystem.
• Build and maintain high‑performance microservices in Go.
• Integrate frontend applications with gRPC and RESTful APIs.
• Optimise web applications for speed and scalability.
• Convert wireframes into functional, high‑quality code.
• Implement event‑driven patterns for real‑time data updates.
• Write unit and integration tests for backend and frontend reliability.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and operate AI‑backed features in production.
• Track frontend performance and troubleshoot client‑side issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and technical discussions.

Skills & Experience

• At least 4+ years building production‑ready services in Go with strong backend expertise in microservices architecture.
• Strong React experience with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with gRPC and RESTful APIs for scalable service integration.
• Hands‑on with DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and MySQL, including schema design and query optimisation.
• Proven experience with event‑driven systems including distributed architecture and Channel patterns.
• Exposure to AWS cloud‑native services and proficiency with Git.
• Proven experience designing and implementing features using AI-powered workflows, including leveraging AI agents and automation to build scalable, intelligent applications.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity, with a detail-oriented approach to clean, high-quality code.

Work Mode

• Remote working within Bulgaria. Please note that we do not sponsor visas.
• Net monthly salary: €4,000 to €4,250 depending on experience

Interview Process

• Online interview with the Senior Talent Advisor
• A 75 min technical interview with Engineering Managers/Leads.
• A final interview with the Director of Engineering and CPTO.
