We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong foundation in visual design, branding, and communications design to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. If you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring a high level of craft to everything you touch—this is the role for you.

You’ll be our go-to design consultant, visual design advocate, and creative partner across multiple initiatives. From shaping our AI identity to building scalable design systems, your work will elevate the quality and consistency of our platform experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead visual design efforts across key initiatives:
AI branding and platform re-branding
Illustration library creation
UX lookbook development
Complex product experiences (e.g., form builder)
Create concept designs to support product pitches
Act as a visual design consultant to other designers
Champion design excellence through training, resources, and mentorship
Help shape the AI identity and voice within the platform

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field; or relevant certification or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years focused on design systems.
Proven experience creating, scaling, and managing a design system or pattern library for large, cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of design tokenization and its role in maintaining scalable and consistent systems.
Experience working closely with development teams to implement and document components.
Proficiency with design tools, including Figma (or similar tools), and experience in documenting design-to-code workflows.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to communicate effectively with developers.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present system updates, train teams, and build consensus across stakeholders.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in design systems, documentation, and collaboration with developers.
Strong understand of user experience methodologies and design
Experience working with design research teams to validate designs
Experience with SCRUM or other agile frameworks
Experience helping to integrate AI into design work processes
