Marketing & Content Executive

Position Overview
We are looking for a beauty-obsessed, content-driven marketer to own the social media presence of K Booster, our Korean aesthetic skincare brand, and THIRDAY, our faith-inspired streetwear brand, while helping build the personal brand of our Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
1.K Booster - Content & Social Media Execution
- Own content ideation, planning, and monthly calendar across Meta, TikTok, and XHS
- Coordinate and support shoots (clinics, products, lifestyle)
- Write captions in English and Mandarin, balancing brand voice with platform tone
- Manage posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs)
- Stay ahead of beauty and skincare trends across platforms
- Collaborate with clinics and doctors for professional content
2.Founder Personal Brand
- Manage and publish CEO personal content across LinkedIn, Meta, and XHS
- Select visuals and craft captions that reflect the CEO’s voice and story
- Capture photos/videos during events, launches, and key moments
- Document founder journey and turn behind-the-scenes into engaging content
- Maintain consistent posting and storytelling across platforms
3. Faith-Based Streetwear (In Development)
- Support the social media launch and content presence of a faith-inspired streetwear brand
- Create content that reflects our brand identity across Instagram, TikTok, and XHS
- Support community building and engagement as the brand grows its audience
- Adapt and evolve with the brand from pre-launch through to full market presence
4. Content Production & Shooting Support
- Support content shoots (planning, coordination, scheduling)
- Work closely with Media Manager during shoots
- Prepare briefs, shot lists, and organise assets
- Coordinate shoots with clinics, partners, and KOLs
5. KOL & PR Coordination
- Manage KOL gifting, briefing, and content tracking
- Liaise with PR/KOL agencies on deliverables and timelines
- Maintain KOL database and performance tracking
6. Korea HQ & HK Partner Coordination
- Liaise with Korea HQ and HK partners
- Coordinate marketing materials, approvals, and timelines
- Track deliverables, approvals, and launch timelines
- Escalate key matters to CEO when required
7. Events & Workshops (Supporting role)
- Support onsite execution for selected events and monthly workshops
- Assist with monthly workshops (coordination, logistics, content capture)
- Create post-event content and recaps
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or fashion
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Xiao Hong Shu
- Genuine passion for Korean beauty, skincare, or aesthetics
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, etc.)
- Hands-on content shooting experience, and comfortable directing a simple shoot or being behind the camera is a plus
- Experience with personal brand or influencer content is a plus
