About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead the evolution of digital product experiences for our clients and internal platforms. Your role goes beyond aesthetics; you will be responsible for the seamless marriage of form and function. You will implement rigorous quality assurance for all interface designs, conduct user research, and ensure that every interaction aligns with client business objectives and user needs.
Note: Candidates with experience in a Creative Agency or the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Quality: Oversee the end-to-end UI/UX process for client deliveries, including wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final handoffs. Ensure all designs are intuitive, accessible, and error-free.
- User-Centric Strategy: Collaborate with clients to audit their current digital touchpoints. Identify friction points and propose design solutions that drive conversions and user retention.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine the UI/UX workflow—from discovery and user flows to component library management—to enhance delivery speed without sacrificing quality.
- Mentorship & Feedback: Work closely with a network of freelance designers and internal project managers, providing expert feedback to ensure designs meet "Pepper-level" standards.
- Collaborative Innovation: Strategize with product managers and developers to ensure technical feasibility, and work with copywriters to ensure "UX Writing" is clear and compelling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (Advertising or Product Agency background preferred).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, user flow diagrams, and polished interface designs.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- AI Integration: Experience using AI design tools to accelerate wireframing, asset generation, or user testing analysis.
- Systems Thinking: Capability to build and maintain scalable Design Systems and UI Kits.
- Research Driven: Self-motivated to conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest interaction design trends.
- Visual Flair: A keen eye for typography, layout, and the ability to create "stand-out" visuals that align with brand identities.
