We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to join our consultancy on a project basis. In this role, you will support our agency team in delivering comprehensive digital marketing strategies and services to diverse clients across multiple industries. This position requires close collaboration with our content strategy and creative teams to ensure exceptional client deliverables and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development & Implementation
- Collaborate with agency teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives
- Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns spanning social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Work within established scopes of work to deliver on specific KPIs and metrics
- Monitor industry trends and provide innovative recommendations to enhance client strategies
Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage content calendars for multiple client accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Develop varied content types including standard posts, stories, reels, and interactive elements
- Monitor and engage with audience comments and messages
- Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies
- Prepare performance reports highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities
SEO & Content Optimization
- Conduct keyword research aligned with client industries and objectives
- Develop blog content briefs and collaborate with content writers
- Perform technical SEO audits and provide optimization recommendations
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Monitor SEO performance and provide data-driven recommendations
Digital Advertising & Analytics
- Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Track campaign performance and optimize for improved results
- Analyze digital marketing analytics to inform strategy adjustments
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for client presentations
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment
- Hands-on expertise across social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and reporting
- Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients
- Experience working with digital marketing tools, including analytics platforms, social media management tools, and SEO software
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results for clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients across diverse industries
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certification
- Working knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic design tools
- Portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns
Collaboration Requirements
- Work closely with content strategists to align on messaging and content approaches
- Coordinate with creative team for visual assets and design elements
- Participate in strategic planning sessions for client campaigns
- Maintain open communication with account managers and project leads
- Adapt to agency processes and workflows while bringing fresh perspectives
Project Terms
- Compensation: Competitive project rates based on experience and scope
- Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional team meetings (virtual or in-person)
