In this role, you will lead and execute comprehensive, innovative marketing strategies that directly drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee all digital marketing, content, events, and PR to build a robust sales pipeline, manage the marketing budget, and track KPIs to ensure data-driven decision-making. You will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a consistent brand narrative. Additionally, you will conduct market research and competitive analysis and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to maintain a strong and innovative market position.

This is a full-time, permanent position and is fully remote with occasional company travel (less than 25%).

Must Haves

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within B2B SaaS
Proven track record of developing comprehensive and innovative strategies, scaling marketing teams, and driving measurable results in demand generation, brand building, and revenue growth in high-growth environments
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including a CRM, marketing automation platforms, marketing analytics platforms, marketing intelligence tools, and SEO/SEM tools
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to executives
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, KPI tracking, and optimizing marketing ROI
Experience in startup or fast-paced environments, with hands-on execution alongside strategic planning
Ability to balance creative, strategic thinking and data-driven, results-focused analytics
