Join a leading technology company in Tokyo that powers multilingual experiences for 18,000+ websites and applications worldwide. Their localization platform helps global enterprises translate websites, mobile apps, videos, and digital content—making technology accessible across borders.

💰 Salary: Up to ¥10,000,000 JPY (depending on experience)

📍 Location: Tokyo, Japan (On-site)

🗣️ Japanese Required: None – English communication skills are sufficient!

💻 What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work in cross-functional Agile teams to build and enhance scalable localization products used by organizations around the world.

This role goes beyond coding—you'll collaborate on product discovery, customer observation, UX improvements, and business challenges while helping shape world-class multilingual solutions.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of web development experience using Ruby on Rails or similar web frameworks
• Experience designing and operating NoSQL or relational databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes
• Interest in languages, localization, and internationalization (i18n)
• Strong English communication skills
• A true full-stack mindset with a willingness to contribute wherever needed
• Alignment with an Agile engineering culture, including: LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum), Collaborative, in-person teamwork
• Proactive use of AI agents in software development

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience developing large-scale systems
• Knowledge of server and internet security
• Unit and end-to-end testing experience
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Experience using AI agents to improve software development
• Customer observation and requirements analysis experience
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
