Full-Stack Engineer (AI Lab) – Full Remote

Annual Salary: ¥7,200,000 – ¥11,000,000

About the Role

A fast-growing company in the AI and digital transformation (DX) space is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join its AI Lab division. The team develops next-generation SaaS products, proprietary LLMs, and AI agents while supporting enterprise clients in adopting generative AI solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to work on AI implementation across HR tech, marketing, and business process automation, while collaborating with a global engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom AI prototypes for enterprise use cases
• Design and implement generative AI features in SaaS products
• Select and integrate models, including multimodal RAG and fine-tuning
• Drive agile development based on PoC results and client needs
• Collaborate with senior engineers and executives on AI-driven projects

Tech Environment

• Frontend: TypeScript, React
• Backend: Python, Flask
• Databases: PostgreSQL (RDS), MySQL
• Infrastructure: Azure, AWS, GCP

Requirements

Must-have:

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience
• Japanese language fluency

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with in-house service development
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
• Background in leading teams, technology selection, and code reviews
