About AI Lab

The AI Lab is a collaborative development unit driving AI-powered innovation using proprietary data infrastructure and advanced technologies like LLMs and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI applications tailored to real customer use cases
• Build AI features using modern development tools and methodologies
• Develop task-specific AI with business system integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement roadmap features
• Evaluate and improve AI functions, especially LLMs and RAG systems

Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a data scientist using Python
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher recommended)

Preferred:

• Experience with NLP and AI/ML model development
• Background in educating clients/internal teams on data usage
• Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning

Work Conditions & Benefits

Salary: ¥7.2M–¥11M per year
