Job Title: Marketing Automation / Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Experience Required: 5+ Years of Relevant Experience (Mandatory)
Location: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (US Business Hours, EST Shift changes as per day light saving time).
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Marketing Automation / Lifecycle Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Braze and data-driven campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at the intersection of marketing, product, and data teams to build, optimize, and scale lifecycle campaigns.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Braze
Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, complex segmentation logic)
Experience with Hightouch or similar reverse ETL tools
Solid experience with Liquid templating for dynamic and personalized messaging
Proven track record of building and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of event-driven architecture in marketing systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across systems
Comfortable collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Familiarity with Amplitude
Experience with Segment (CDP)
Experience working with Snowflake
Background in growth marketing or experimentation-driven environments
