Role Overview
As the Director of Field Marketing, you will be the strategic partner to our clients—working closely with their field sales and marketing teams to design, implement, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies using the PeopleLinx platform and services. This is a full-time, client-facing position that blends elements of field marketing consulting, strategic planning, and customer success management.
Your success will be measured by your ability to understand client goals, translate them into actionable programs, and drive measurable improvements in sales and marketing effectiveness across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Consulting
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to national and regional brand clients.
- Design and lead GTM planning sessions for distributed sales teams (franchisees, advisors, branch teams, etc.).
- Advise on multi-channel field marketing strategies, campaign design, and market activation.
Solution Implementation & Optimization
- Onboard and implement PeopleLinx tools and workflows tailored to each client’s structure and goals.
- Monitor usage and success metrics, and proactively recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Operations to enhance client experience.
Customer Success Management
- Own key relationships and serve as the voice of the customer.
- Develop and maintain account success plans, QBRs, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure client retention, satisfaction, and growth through high-impact engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 7+ years in field marketing, customer success, or GTM consulting roles.
- Proven background working with franchise, financial services, or distributed sales team organizations.
- Experience designing and executing integrated marketing programs at scale.
Skills:
- Strong consultative skills with a client-first mindset.
- Deep understanding of lead generation, CRM flows, sales enablement, and local market activation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Data-driven approach to performance tracking and decision-making.
Bonus:

- Background in agency or brand marketing with distributed field sales teams.
