We are looking for a Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager who is data-driven, results-oriented, and great fun to execute high-impact sustainable marketing strategies, demand generation, and brand positioning efforts for Peoplegig’s offshore remote workforce solutions. This role will be instrumental in driving sustainable business growth, lead generation, and measurable impact within the first two years of operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Thought Leadership
- Develop and deliver high-quality content for marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
- Produce marketing collateral, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and internal documents.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create industry insights and reports to attract decision-makers.
- Drive SEO-driven content to position Peoplegig as an authority in offshore staffing and remote workforce solutions.
Social Media & Outbound Marketing
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting HR leaders, recruiters, and decision-makers.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to optimise campaigns.
- Build an engaged community through thought leadership, webinars, and industry conversations.
Website & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Maintain, update, and optimise the company website for SEO and lead conversion.
- Implement chatbots, landing pages, and lead capture automation to increase conversions.
- Run A/B tests on landing pages and optimise CTAs to maximise inbound leads.
Marketing Analytics & Lead Nurturing
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Implement CRM and automation tools for data-driven marketing decisions.
- Set up remarketing campaigns and re-engagement email drips.
Customer Success & Referral Marketing
- Gather and publish customer success stories and video testimonials.
- Establish a client referral program to drive organic growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to create retention-focused marketing initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Website Traffic & Conversion Rates: Improve website engagement by 30% and optimise conversion rates to exceed 5-7%.
- Social Media Engagement: Achieve 15-20% quarterly growth in LinkedIn engagement and followers.
- Customer Success & Referrals: Generate 15% of new business leads through customer referrals and testimonials.
- Marketing ROI: Ensure marketing-attributed revenue growth meets or exceeds 3x return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or B2B demand generation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, LinkedIn marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience managing and optimising performance-driven marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with the offshore BPO industry or global workforce solutions is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
