Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Marketing & Analytics, you will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy through data-driven insights. Your main responsibilities will include:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- SQL Mastery: Utilize SQL to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various marketing platforms, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Visualization: Develop, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualize marketing performance in real-time.
- Advanced Excel Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis, create pivot tables, and build data models in Advanced Excel to uncover non-obvious insights and support business decisions.
Campaign Strategy & Optimization:
- A/B Testing Leadership: Design, implement, and rigorously analyze A/B and multivariate tests across our digital properties to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and campaign effectiveness.
- Marketing Analytics: Apply strong marketing analytics expertise to measure campaign ROI, build attribution models, and inform strategic budget allocation across all digital channels (Paid Search, Social, Email, SEO).
Innovation & Strategy:
- AI Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate relevant AI applications to enhance marketing personalization, efficiency, and predictive analytics capabilities.
- Strategic Insight: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Requirements We Need You to Hit:
- 8+ Years Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Analytics roles.
- 3+ Years SQL: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- 3+ Years Data Viz: Minimum 3 years of experience using Power BI or Tableau.
- A/B Testing Expert: Strong, demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B testing frameworks.
- Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Analytics Background: Strong background in core Marketing Analytics principles and methodologies.
- AI Awareness: A good understanding of current AI applications within the marketing and analytics landscape.
