Job Description
- You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Power Apps (mostly Canvas App), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI solutions in the organization.
- You will gather business requirements, design and build applications, workflows, and reports to streamline processes, automate tasks, and provide valuable insights. A high level of motivation, a self-driven attitude, a business values-driven orientation, and analytical skills will undoubtedly be needed to succeed.
- You will report directly to the Head of IT and work daily with all departments' business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Business skills:
- Experience in working with business stakeholders - business requirements definition and planning.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to leverage technology to improve business processes.
- Experienced in managing conflicting priorities and remaining focused and effective under time pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Good English (written and verbal) - working with English-speaking stakeholders daily.
Technical skills:
- Proven track record of developing production-ready solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse as a data backend.
- Microsoft PowerBI experience (dashboards, reports, data aggregation, and integration from various file and database sources).
- Experience in designing and implementing relational databases.
- Knowledge of modern software engineering patterns and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD solutions.
- Understanding of Power Platform licensing principles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 user/group management..
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Experience in developing custom connectors (.NET) for Power Platform.
- Experience in developing Power Platform AI solutions.
- Experience in developing N8N flows.
- Experience in developing solutions integrating other machine learning frameworks.
- Azure and/or Power Platform certification.
- Experience in developing and testing REST endpoints.
- Proficiency in Office 365, particularly SharePoint and understand how to integrate them with Power Platform components.
