As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts for our digital HR solutions consultancy together with a small team of marketing professionals. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, brand positioning, and establishing thought leadership in the HR tech space. You will also coordinate cross-functional marketing activities, including content creation, digital marketing campaigns, event management, and corporate branding.

Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing leadership role, ideally within HRIS tech industries or B2B agency involved in similar campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Event Management: Experience organizing or coordinating B2B events, webinars, or conferences.
- International Experience: Comfortable working with cross-cultural teams and adapting marketing strategies for different international markets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- HR Tech Knowledge: Understanding of HRIS systems or HR technology is a significant advantage.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and drive innovative marketing campaigns.
- Tools: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.).
