About the Role

Complex doesn't have to mean complicated. We're looking for an individual-contributor Senior UI/UX Expert who lives for the challenge of turning dense, high-stakes business workflows into websites and digital experiences that feel effortless, intuitive, and exceptional.

This is a deeply hands-on design role. You'll independently own the end-to-end design of our flagship web and mobile experiences — from research through pixel-perfect execution to developer handoff. You'll partner daily with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, QA, and Business Stakeholders, translating ambitious ideas into world-class digital products that set the bar for the industry.

What You'll Own🔍 UX Strategy & Research

• Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover real user needs and business opportunities.
• Build personas, journey maps, information architecture, and user flows that align teams around the user.
• Mine product analytics and usability metrics to drive continuous experience improvements.

🎨 UI Design & Execution

• Independently design modern, responsive, and visually striking websites and web applications, alongside mobile interfaces, that feel world-class end to end.
• Build and iterate interactive Figma prototypes to validate concepts fast.
• Develop and scale a robust design system — components, patterns, and guidelines that keep the product consistent as it grows.
• Own every detail: typography, spacing, color, motion, and interaction patterns that elevate the experience from good to exceptional.

♿ Accessibility & Technical Handoff

• Champion inclusive design, aligned with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Design in step with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
• Prepare crisp, developer-ready specs, assets, and handoff documentation.
• Run design QA to ensure what ships matches what was designed — no exceptions.

🔄 Agile Workflow

• Collaborate within Agile teams using Jira and Confluence for sprint planning, backlog tracking, and design documentation.

What You Bring

• 6–10 years of dedicated UX/UI design experience, backed by a strong portfolio of complex SaaS / Enterprise / Retail websites and products — bring examples of exceptional, real-world websites you've designed end to end.
• Deep expertise across UX research, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
• Expert-level fluency in Figma.
• Proven track record working in Agile teams with Jira and Confluence.
• Solid foundational understanding of HTML/CSS/JS — enough to speak the language of your engineering partners and design with technical feasibility in mind.
