An up and coming iGaming/Gambling company are currently looking to strengthen their tech team with top-tier talent, specifically a Tech Lead or Engineering Lead ready to step into their first CTO engagement.

Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, and scalable architecture are a must.

They are looking for individuals with strong leadership qualities, extensive hands-on experience, and ideally, a background in iGaming operations. Below is an overview of the key skills and qualifications they are seeking:

🌏 Remote in EU or Asia.

💰 Salary: From €100k in a B2B contract.

🔸 Gambling experience (Sportsbook or Casino online) is a MUST.

Technical Requirements:

Advanced expertise in Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes).
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and clean coding practices.
Deep knowledge of AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, etc.).
Experience with both frontend (React, styled-components, Tailwind CSS) and backend (REST, GraphQL, serverless).
CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Actions) and DevOps familiarity.
Performance optimization (scalability, SEO, caching, CDNs).

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Proven experience mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing standards.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and effective project management.

Experience Level:

5+ years in a lead position.
7+ years overall development experience.
