About The Role & Team
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data team. The Data Science team here at Penn is responsible for building models, forecasts, and simulations to help improve theScore Bet, ESPN Bet and iCasino products. Our team values creativity, collaboration, ingenuity, and ownership. We are looking for someone who is interested in joining a team responsible for building net new end-to-end sports data products to further our team’s mission of creating a world-class, data-driven product experience.

Salary Range
$90,000—$150,000 USD
Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, annual performance bonus and equity package — depending on position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
