We are looking for an experienced Elixir Software Engineer to join our team and help us build highly scalable, resilient, and user-friendly applications. You’ll work across a diverse stack—monoliths, microservices, and serverless—while owning features end-to-end and contributing to the open-source community.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain monoliths, microservices, and serverless infrastructure across different parts of our stack.
- Develop, test, and deploy real-time, distributed, highly scalable systems.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
- Actively contribute to open-source projects as part of our engineering culture.
Required Skills:
- Must have extensive experience with Elixir including Phoenix Live View.
- Proven expertise in Git workflows and version control best practices.
- Working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, EKS, RDS, and Cognito.
- Strong skills in modern web technologies, including Tailwind CSS and responsive UI development.
- A product-oriented mindset—thoughtful, pragmatic, and focused on delivering value.
- Comfort working in distributed teams, with strong self-motivation, collaboration, and time management.
- Excellent communication skills, with clarity, transparency, and alignment on long-term goals and short-term priorities.
