Job Title: Workforce Software Engineer – Advanced Scheduler & Interfaces

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Years of Experience: 8+ Yrs.

Required Hours/Week: 40hrs./Week

Job Overview:

• The end client is seeking an experienced Workforce Software Engineer with deep expertise in Advanced Scheduler, Workforce Configuration, and Interface development.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and integrating Workforce Time and Attendance systems in complex enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of scheduling optimization, time policies, and external system integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience working with Workforce Software (WFS) products.
• Strong experience in Advanced Scheduler configuration and optimization.
• Proven expertise in Workforce Time system configuration, including:

1. Pay policies
2. Time calculations
3. Accruals

• Deep understanding of Workforce Interfaces and experience in interface development, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions using WFS.

Mandatory Certifications (Required to be considered):

• CT104 – Building New Configuration or CT103 – Workforce Time Advanced Configuration
• Workforce Time Interfaces Certification
