We seek a freelance Brand Marketing Manager to support the development and delivery of sales and marketing collateral in a luxury property and hospitality brand.

Role is perfectly suited to Brand Manager or Marketing Manager with luxury property/hospitality sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and refinement of marketing materials, proposals, brochures, floorplans, and CGI renders
• Brief and review creative outputs to ensure brand alignment and quality
• Liaise with internal and external creative teams to maintain consistency with the luxury brands standards
• Work closely with the project manager to manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of collateral
• Handle stakeholder feedback, ensuring clear and effective communication across teams
• Champion brand quality across all touchpoints

Requirements

• Experience gained as either Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in luxury property/hospitality or luxury design-led sectors
• Have helped develop and deliver marketing proposals, brochures, floorplans, and CGI renders
• Ability to oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets, and feedback to team.
• Strong understanding of premium or luxury brand standards
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
