Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our team. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across various educational domains. This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination:
Lead the development and implementation of detailed project plans, ensuring that all project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, and technology ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, supporting team members and removing obstacles to project success.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Address project issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and quality.
Project Delivery & Reporting
Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
Produce regular status reports and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and lessons learned.
Contribute to the development of project management best practices within the organization.
