Lead Full Stack .NET & Angular Developer, $200,000

Pearson Carter is currently working with a rapidly growing SaaS start-up based in Austin, Texas. They specialize in building cloud-based enterprise solutions and are looking for a Lead Full Stack .NET & Angular Developer to drive development efforts, mentor engineers, and work on innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment with product managers, designers, and developers
• Optimize application performance, ensure code quality, and mentor junior developers
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from architecture to deployment
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and cloud-native development

Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, and Angular (Angular 12+)
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development
• Experience working with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Strong leadership experience, including mentoring and technical decision-making

Salary

The company is based in Austin, Texas, with a flexible work environment where remote working is possible.
