We manage and scale E-Commerce brands (supplements, fashion & more) with a strong focus on paid ads and retention.

Now we’re hiring our first-ever email marketing expert to build the entire channel from scratch.

What you’ll do:

– Build & manage Klaviyo flows: welcome, cart, retention, post-purchase

– Plan & launch campaigns with real impact

– Write email copy yourself (or use ChatGPT smartly – your call)

– Collaborate directly with founders, media buyers & design

– Test. Optimize. Drive real revenue.

– Bring your own strategy – we’re not here to micromanage

What you need:

– 2–3+ years experience in Klaviyo

– Strong sense for copywriting (we don’t have a copywriter – you are the brain)

– Working knowledge of Figma (you don’t need to design from scratch, but you need to speak design)

– Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, retention, and customer journeys

– Fluent English and a proactive mindset
