THE PROJECT

We’re building a clean, powerful CRM tool to help professionals manage and grow their most important asset: relationships. Built in Replit, the tool is already functional—but now we’re looking for an experienced app developer to help us test, polish, deploy, and scale it.

This isn’t a bloated enterprise CRM. It’s a nimble, purpose-built tool based on a proven networking framework—designed for founders, lawyers, consultants, and other relationship-driven professionals.

YOUR MISSION

You’ll help us bring the app live and take ownership of the technical side of the product. This includes reviewing and testing the current build, optimizing performance, integrating critical APIs (OpenAI, LinkedIn, Outlook, etc.), deploying the MVP—and laying the foundation for growth.

We’re looking for someone responsive, trustworthy, and excited to become the technical counterpart to a visionary product lead. This starts as a freelance retainer with the option to grow into an in-house Tech Lead role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Review and test the current MVP (built in Replit with JS/Python stack)
• Identify and fix bugs, UX issues, and backend inefficiencies
• Prepare and deploy the app for real-world users (20–100 in first phase)
• Set up the hosting, version control, and deployment process
• Integrate and test APIs:
• OpenAI (AI-assisted features)
• LinkedIn, Outlook, Google Calendar, etc. (contact & scheduling tools)
• Collaborate on UX improvements and feature prioritization
• Provide tech input on product roadmap and scaling
• Document your work for future builds and team growth

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• App launched and stable for pilot group within 6–8 weeks
• API integrations live and functional
• Clean, secure, and maintainable codebase
• A long-term partnership where you evolve into an internal Tech Lead

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

• Initial retainer: €2,000–€4,000/month ($2,180 – $4,360/month USD) depending on availability and experience
• Commission/project bonuses possible for major milestones
• Option to scale into an in-house Tech Lead role → Competitive USD salary package

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–7+ years of app development experience (front- and back-end)
• Comfortable with Replit, JavaScript, React, Python, or similar stacks
• Solid experience with API integrations (OpenAI, LinkedIn, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiar with deploying apps via Vercel, Replit, Firebase, or similar
• Comfortable working independently, owning the tech stack
• Clean communicator who responds fast and follows through
• Bonus: interested in productivity tools, CRM design, or building something meaningful
• Fluent in English
