Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee the operational components of strategic planning, governance, and execution of IT applications within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Portfolio and will drive operational efficiency, alignment with business objectives, and impactful project outcomes.

A key focus will be leading the Fusion 2.0 project, a high-visibility initiative to migrate the legacy SAP S/4HANA system into the new SAP S/4HANA environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT portfolio management strategies, ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA projects, delivering on time and within budget while minimizing risks.
• Drive continuous improvements in portfolio management processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements related to IT projects.
• Facilitate technical discussions and oversee project cutover plans to ensure seamless go-live.
• Organize and lead project planning sessions, defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, escalate critical issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and administer the project SharePoint site.
• Support organizational change management efforts for IT initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• SAP Program Leadership: 15+ years managing large-scale SAP programs across HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP, integration patterns (PO), transport management, and Basis administration.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience integrating SAP with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Project & Portfolio Governance: Proven ability to align IT programs with business goals and manage interconnected projects.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate multiple third-party vendors, offshore teams, and business leaders
• Agile & Change Management: Experience with SAP Activate framework and Agile methodologies
• Executive Communication: Strong presentation and reporting skills for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification (Preferred, but not required).
• Experience leading global SAP implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
